    Moment of inertia reduction is an important factor in controlling system performance when setting high-speed servo control positions. High-speed use at low inertia has been made possible by using an aluminum pulley that is suitable for an A.P.Lock.
    · Optimal for aluminum pulleys.
    When running a servo motor with a timing pulley, conventional friction connection units apply high pressure to the surfaces, which prevents the hub diameter from sitting properly and causes problems with slippage. The SAPC series uses servo motor torque specifications as the basis for reducing the bolt count and lowering pressure on surfaces, making it possible to connect to aluminum pulleys without difficulty.
    · Staged machining structure.
    Designed so that the push plate of the bearing could carry out its role, eliminating the need for the use of a separate bearing push plate.
    · Easy assembly and position setting.
    For conventional power locks, a space of 1 mm from there counterpart items is required to facilitate disassembly, but the SAPC series has a structure that is easy to disassemble even if there is no room for the hub to move during disassembly. Also, position setting is easy.
