[Caratteristiche] -Dimostra elevate prestazioni nella lavorazione di acciai generici, EN 1.4301 Equiv. (SUS304) e acciai trattati termicamente (fino a 50 HRC) -La forma unica del rompitruciolo consente di tagliare scanalature con una profondità di taglio equivalente a quella di un utensile a 2 eliche -Rispetto alle frese a spallamento quadrato con angolo di elica di 30°, sia la rotazione che l'avanzamento sono più che raddoppiati -L'angolo d'elica di 45° la rende ideale per la lavorazione ad alta velocità rispetto a una fresa a spalla quadra per uso generico con angolo d'elica di 30° -Ha un rivestimento con elevata resistenza all'ossidazione e alta durezza e raggiunge una lunga durata. Efficace nella lavorazione ad alta velocità e a secco come proprietà del rivestimento -Può essere riaffilata. ● It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, resulting in a longer operational life and ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
● Compared to 30° twisted square end mills, both rotation and feed capacity are more than double for higher speed machining.
