[Caratteristiche] Ideale per la smussatura (la scanalatura a V non è possibile in quanto la punta non è dotata di scanalature di taglio). Le scanalature periferiche consentono il taglio a smusso, a contorno e a spirale La forma a 3 scanalature consente di migliorare l'avanzamento fino alla prima marcia. La forma a 3 scanalature consente un avanzamento fino a 1,5 volte superiore rispetto al tipo a 2 scanalature -Con angolo di elica sulle scanalature periferiche -Può essere utilizzato anche come utensile di sbavatura -Ha un rivestimento con un'elevata resistenza all'ossidazione e un'alta durezza, e raggiunge una lunga durata. Efficace nella lavorazione ad alta velocità e nella lavorazione a secco come caratteristiche del rivestimento.

● Ideal for chamfering (the tip does not have a cutting edge so it cannot be used for V-grooving).
● It has a peripheral blade that allows for inclined, contour and helical cutting.
● It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
● The 3-flute blade shape increases the feed by 1.5 times compared to the 2-flute model.
● The peripheral blade has twisting that allows machining as per the figure above.
● Can also be used as a deburring tool.
