HIROSE ELECTRONIC
Rectangular multipolar racks with plug-ins connector/panel connector QR/miniaturization of P1/Implementation of high density. • Small design crimp terminals divided for power supplies and signals with guide pins and insulation in a single body shape.
[Features]
· The terminals have a smooth insertion and removal feel, stable contact pressure is achieved by point and blade contact, and there is some flexibility for the width corresponding to the variation in the connector connection length unique to the plug-in connection.
· The terminals are made compact by segregating according to those for power and those for signals.
• The signal terminal pitch inside the housing is 2.54 mm, and the 2 poles opposite each other on one side are distributed with 6.9-mm pitches for sufficient durability to withstand high voltage, so these units can be used for power supplies.
• In addition, the insulation is a flame retardant material (UL9V-0).
• The small design features guide pins and insulation joined in a single body shape.
• Mounting to the panel or the rack uses a stepped screw system to fix the product in place, allowing for comfortable insertion and removal operations.
• The female-type housing uses a mating surface deeper than the contact point for female terminals, for a structure with finger testing (compliant with UL standard 1950) capabilities.
