(SUS304) e acciaio trattato termicamente (fino a 50 HRC) -L'adozione della forma a 3 fianchi lo rende resistente al chattering, -La forma unica della scanalatura del truciolo consente di tagliare con una profondità di taglio equivalente a quella di un utensile a 2 fianchi -Questo prodotto ha una lunghezza media dei fianchi compresa tra TSC-HEM3S (lunghezza dei fianchi corta) e TSC-HEM3R (lunghezza dei fianchi normale), per cui è chiamato "lunghezza dei fianchi SR". "Rispetto alle frese quadrate con angolo d'elica di 30°, la rotazione e l'avanzamento sono più che raddoppiati L'angolo d'elica di 45° la rende ideale per la lavorazione ad alta velocità rispetto alle frese generiche con angolo d'elica di 30° Ha un rivestimento con un'elevata resistenza all'ossidazione e un'alta durezza, e raggiunge una lunga durata. Efficace nella lavorazione ad alta velocità e nella lavorazione a secco come caratteristiche del rivestimento.

● Has a new TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, yielding a longer operational life and ideal for high-speed machining / dry machining.
● Has a 3-flute shape to be strong against chatter and is capable of stepless grooving.
● The unique tip pocket shape allows for the cutting of grooves to be achieved with 2 flutes in parallel at the cutting depth.
● The product is considered to have an "SR blade length," as the blade length is between that of TSC-HEM3S (short blade length) and TSC-HEM3R (regular blade length).
● Compared to 30° twisted square end mills, both rotation and feed capacity are more than double for higher speed machining.
